When will my order be shipped?

I aim to send all orders out within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If your order is urgent please make sure to send me an email so I can ensure you receive your order on time. If there is a delay with shipping out your order, I will contact you.


Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact me as soon as possible at info@elcamellopshop.com.
If your order has already shipped you wont be able to cancel it.


Do you accept returns?

Yes! You have maximun 15 days to return your order. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the refund will be partial, as the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

In order to gain security and avoid problems for both parties, I ship the orders via PostNord with trackable shipping. Once the package has been dropped off at the carrier’s office, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package says delivered but you have not received anything, we suggest you wait a couple of days. Sometimes there are tracking glitches, where packages are marked as delivered, while they are still in transit. If you do not receive it after a few days, you must contact PostNord and provide them with your tracking number.

I do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.


Important!

There may be a slight change in the shade of the ink in each print run, so two t-shirts from different print runs may have slight differences. Also, there may be changes in the t-shirt model depending on stock or due to product updates or improvements. However, the information will always be updated in case of changes and the description will be true to the item for sale. If you have any questions you can contact me, thank you.

I try my best to provide you a good support. Please keep in mind this a small business with limited manpower. If you have questions, system complaints or need dispute resolutions, please contact me via the email. I will attempt to your query within 2 – 5 working days.


Do you ship worldwide?

In the near future I will be shipping worldwide. Please, if you want to place an order and you can’t, contact me and I will do my best to get it to your country 🙂

Do you create commissioned work?

Yes, I do custom designs: merch, identity, branding and web. I can also do photographic work or editing for a more professional or artistic result.


The product I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

Generally, if a product is sold out quickly, a reprint will be made. If this does not happen, do not hesitate to write to me to request it.
