The refund and returns policy lasts 15 days and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Goods such as gift cards and downloadable products cannot be returned.

If the items are damaged, lost or a mistake was made with your order, then replacements or refunds will be issued. I will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


To return your product, please send me an email to info@elcamellopshop.com and I will let you know how to proceed.

If you are returning some items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the refund will be partial, as the shipping cost will be deducted from the total.


We do not make exchanges but you can consider to return your product and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
