Processing Time

I aim to send all orders out within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. If your order is urgent please make sure to send me an email so we I ensure you receive your order on time. If there is a delay with shipping out your order, I will contact you.


Customer information

I don’t take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.


Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from Sweden and delivery time vary depending on your location, time of year and the postal service.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-4 days once shipped (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders to the rest of Europe usually take 1 week, but this period can be extended to 2 weeks for reasons beyond my company’s control.

Currently I do not offer an express shipping option, if you need it, please contact me before placing your order.


Shipping costs

The Shipping costs are fixed on the weight and localization of the shipping address.

In order to gain security and avoid problems for both parties, I ship the orders via PostNord with trackable shipping. Regular untracked shipments available at a reduced price upon request. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you need more information.

In the near future I will be shipping worldwide. Please, if you want to place an order and you can’t, contact me and I will do my best to get it to your country 🙂


What if my package is lost or stolen?

In order to gain security and avoid problems for both parties, I ship the orders via PostNord with trackable shipping. Once the package has been dropped off at the carrier’s office, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package says delivered but you have not received anything, we suggest you wait a couple of days. Sometimes there are tracking glitches, where packages are marked as delivered, while they are still in transit. If you do not receive it after a few days, you must contact PostNord and provide them with your tracking number.

Important

There may be a slight change in the shade of the ink in each print run, so two t-shirts from different print runs may have slight differences. Also, there may be changes in the t-shirt model depending on stock or due to product updates or improvements. However, the information will always be updated in case of changes and the description will be true to the item for sale. If you have any questions you can contact me, thank you.
